College Butler, Inc. Announces New Web
Sites and Commitment to Supporting the Make-A-Wish
Foundation
The Make-A-Wish Foundation is set to benefit
from the advertising revenue generated by
the new Web sites of a community-minded
entrepreneur. Michael Tasner, Jr. of College
Butler, Inc. recently announced plans to
donate 100% of all advertising revenues
to the national charitable organization
dedicated to fulfilling the wishes of children
facing life-threatening illnesses. “I
wanted to use the proceeds of all paid advertising
to do something worthwhile, and I’ve
always had a strong commitment to the Make-A-Wish
Foundation” says Tasner, an experienced
entrepreneur with a focus on contributing
to the community that’s as strong
as his commitment to business growth.

Dorm and Rate My Team Member are the newest
Web sites in the College Butler arsenal
of weapons being used to cut down on the
hassle of being a college student. Rate
My College Dorm offers a forum for students
to share information about the quality of
campus housing at colleges and universities
across the country. “College brochures
and campus tours show prospective students
the best dorm rooms and facilities on campus.
We wanted to give students the benefit of
knowing the truth about their prospective
dorms – how clean they are, what facilities
are available, and how well-equipped they
are for meeting the needs of college students.
College admissions counselors may not tell
you about the lack of storage space or the
oddly-shaped rooms, but current students
will be brutally honest,” says Tasner,
a former college tour guide and admissions
office employee.
Rate My Team Member will take the guesswork
out of choosing partners and team members
for term papers, class projects, presentations,
and other academic work. “Students
want to know if their prospective partners
have a good track record for showing up
for work sessions, reading the required
materials, and putting in the effort needed
to produce quality results. No one wants
to be stuck doing 99% of the work just to
be awarded the same grade as someone who
didn’t contribute.” Rate My
Team Member will allow students to rate
their team members on qualities like cooperation,
reliability, contribution to the project,
and availability to work on projects. Instead
of blindly choosing group members for their
next project, college students will be able
to review this information and make wise
choices. Any paid advertising revenues generated
from each of these sites will be donated
directly to the Make-A-Wish Foundation to
aid in granting the wishes of critically
